Sizist. I asked for help on one measurement and was ghosted. From the above reviews, seems like this is a thing with them.

Brilliant customer service up until they received my payment. My corset was lost in the post and claims for reimbursement could only be made by them, who completely ceased responding to multiple attempts at contact.

I purchased this item in 2015. At the time, I thought the construction was great but I have since realized that there are better companies that provide stronger quality corsets at lower price points. My biggest complaint, would be Meschantes’ customer service. After several attempts to contact them through their website, I finally made contact with them through Etsy. My purchase did arrive in a timely manner, but after that they never responded back to my further requests. I would not recommend Meschantes.
